His New Look Should Be Terminated

You may recognize this young man as Thomas Dekker from “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” or “Heroes.”

Mr. Thomas Dekker has undergone a new transformation in pursuit of his musical career, and I have to say that it is NOT for the best.

His MySpace page was updated with a few new pics of his latest performance at “The Viper Room”.

Check out his new look after the cut.

I get the whole “Jared Leto” think where you want to make yourself unattractive so people will concentrate on your music, but this has gone too far!!!

If I were a producer on the show I would call him up and remind him his hair better grow back by August for the filming of the new season.

The show returns in September! His hair better grow back quickly, because I think filming starts soon.

On another note, what the heck was he thinking?

I think he was thinking “It’s my life, it’s my music, it’s a free country, wo WTF if I shave my head…. it’s called freedom of expression.

We may not understand it or even agree with it, but we should respect his right to do as he sees fit with his own body.

FYI -I did love his old look, but I can totally get this one too. It’s all relative. Hair grows back, chances and oppertunities you don’t always get a 2nd chance at. Thomas is EXTREMELY PASSIONATE about his music.

Thomas just finished up filming a movie where he plays a cancer patient - he shaved off all of his hair and eyebrows for the part. He obviously thought it would be fun to play up being bald in his performance.

His hair and eyebrows are rapidly growing back as can be seen from photos this weekend from the Young Hollywood Awards.
