Nick Hogan To Cop A Plea

Law enforcement in Florida have released a statement that Nick Hogan will either plead “not guilty” or “no contest” tomorrow in court.
On August 26, 2007, Nick was driving a tricked out Toyota with passenger John Graziano when he crashed, severely injuring John. This plea will not effect the civil suit Graziano’s family has filed.
By pleading “not guilty” or “no contest” to the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, the judge will have leeway in his sentencing. Nick could recieve a maximum of 5 years in prison for his crime.
Personally….I hope they throw the book at him!
