Did Miley Cyrus Steal A Song?

Have you ever watched the movie “Eurotrip?” If not, check it out some time. Anyway, the film features the song “Scottie Doesn’t Know” by the band Lustra. In the film, Matt Damon pretends to sing the song. He has a shaved head and earrings….funny stuff.

Lustra claims that Miley’s song “Rockstar” is a copy of their “Scotty” song. Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman said: ‘Although we are very flattered that Ms. Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit..’

The band is considering various options to rectify this situation. Check out the videos below and judge for yourself.

I think Miley’s song is very similar to Lustra’s “Scotty Doesn’t Know”! It is the SAME chord progression at the beginning. Whoever wrote the song had Lustra’s song stuck in their head. Lustra have better songs than this though.

I say Miley Cyrus does not write the Hannah Montana song, that’s a fact that most people know they might want some publicity, she only writes her stuff the Hannah Montana stuff is not her she sings it adn that’s it. So they should go to Disney , and also learn jow to read so next time some one “steals” their music they know who really did it instead of be bugging a 15 year old. who is already had enought

ok, yeah…she did not write the song, but SHE is hannah montana, she SANG the song, it’s on HER cd, so really she did copy it…

ha. your kidding? rockstar and your stupid song sound nothing alike they are soo diffrent. Give Miley a break she hasen’t had a seconds rest in the past 2 mounths with all of these stupid UN TRUE rumours going around. Its her song let it go. SH DIDN”T DO ANYTHING WRONG NOTHING AT ALL! I havent even heard of this band till now so there just trying to get a attention! Everyong is just jelous of her becasue she is actually doing somthing with her life. and she is liked by very many people. un like this band!

They can get over it. It is the same chords at the beginning but other than that it is not the same songs. And Miley didn’t even write “Rockstar” or put those chords to it by herself so how can they blame it on her? People just need to leave Miley alone. They find so many reasons to hate her and they are all stupid reasons.

So Lustra can get over it.

she also stole the song see you again.She also died her eyebrows.She also relies on her dad too much.She also posts very racy pics on the internet.She also copies Selina Gomez and Demi Lavoto on you tube..So she is showing the world that every one in this universe should just start steeling songs,dye your eyebrows,reliy on you father for ever,post racy pic on the internet and copy peoples youtube channels?The next generation of children would be VERY screwed up if they all followed mileys example!Ladies and Gentle men i give you our next Briney Spears!
