Papa Joe Not Above Begging Tony Romo

The Simpsons are at the point of begging for people to show up to Ashlee and Pete’s wedding.
Joe Simpson has apparently contacted Tony Romo and asked him to attend the wedding even though he and Jessica have split up. Joe wants Tony to “support” the family. That is what he says, but I have a feeling they are going to lock him in a room until he takes Jessica back. I guess Tony is the best celebrity they can get to go to the wedding.
Joe threw Pete a bachelor party at Mr. Chow’s on Thursday night. Surprisingly, Joe picked up the tab. I am sure he worked out some kind of a deal with some magazine or tv show to cover part of it for “exclusive” photos. Cheap bastard!
Back at Ashlee’s parents’ Encino, California, home, Jessica and mom Tina threw a bachelorette party for Ashlee that E! reports was a “mellow affair.” About a dozen of Ashlee’s closest family members and friends attended the backyard event, decorated with balloons.
