Britney Gives Up Custody Of Her Boys To K-Fed
July 18th, 2008
It was announced today that Britney Spears has agreed to hand the parenting reins over to Kevin Federline.
According to the agreement signed by all parties, Federline gets sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Spears will have visitation rights.
The case had been set to go to trial next month but all had been hoping to settle up beforehand.
Good news for K-Fed…he gets the boys and child support payments which could be substantial. The good news for Britney is that all orders can be modified by mutual agreement, so if she keeps getting her house in order, she may, one day, get custody back. As for now, they stay with daddy.
In other Britney news, a court commissioner is scheduled to review whether to make the conservatorship by Britney’s dad permanent at the end of this month. No one will argue that Britney has really improved with his guidance, but I am sure everyone hopes she can take back her life some day.

I have a very sickening feeling the moment that the judge ends the conservatorship (let’s all pray he doesn’t), Sam Lufti is going to come back into the picture and history will repeat itself. Britney IS doing better BUT only because her father is back in the picture.
