This fan is suitable for use in offices because of its extremely quiet activity. You can control the air velocity with eight different speeds, and the powerful ventilation is built to cool the entire space. At the same time, the tower fan takes up less space than a conventional round fan, allowing it to fit into small spaces. A digital display panel displays the current temperature and an adjustable thermostat gives the operator even more control over the volume of cool air.

Honeywell Quiet Set 8-speed Oscillating Tower Fan Consumer Reviews

Fantastic fan! Sleep, Whisper, Calm, White Noise, Relax, Refresh, Cool, and Power Cool are the eight modes available. It was also capable of cooling the temperature! It’s not an air conditioner, but it does a good job of cooling the air. It rotates in the same way as any other fan. It also comes with a handy remote control that allows you to control the fan from afar. It has a built-in timer. Between 1 and 8 hours, it can circulate and cool the air.

The price is also a pick. At the ‘Relax’ environment, it’s simple to assemble and very quiet (there are 3 speeds higher than that). In non-oscillation mode, the fan produces a breeze that reaches 16 feet or more (i.e. a fixed position). I measured the sound levels for you. My room is 34 decibels with the fan turned off, and at 10 feet away, the noise was 48 decibels with the fan on the highest ‘Power Cool’ setting. The fan is very quiet. At my favorite mode, the ‘Relax’ setting, this fan just adds 5 decibels of sound. In oscillating mode, the noise level is slightly higher. It works well in a number of indoor environments, from the bedroom to the living room. The control is easy to use and has a built-in timer for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. Three buttons on the remote work well: On/Off, Speed, and Oscillate. Since the remote is infrared, it must be able to “see” the fan’s control panel in order to function. Overall, a great fan. It is something I would suggest.

I bought one of these for my wife’s hobby room last year. It appeals to her. I was looking for a white one to match her bed, but I really wanted the black one. I’m still on the lookout for a white one, but I just got three more black ones from Best Buy. It takes less than two minutes from the time you open the box to the time you plug it in. Snap the two halves of the base together with your fingertips, detach the big red nut with your fingers, align the tab on the bottom of the fan with either notch in the base (depending on which side you want the cord to come out), reattach the nut with your fingers, put it where you want it, and plug it in. You must have two AAA batteries for the remote. Two of these, in my opinion, are adequate to cover a large space. The eight fan speeds are really good, and even on high, it’s much quieter than any other Honeywell fan we’ve had.
